Return and Withdrawal Policy

At Swiss Equilibrium, customer satisfaction is a priority.

We do our utmost to offer you high-quality food supplements, manufactured according to the strictest standards.

However, if an item does not meet your expectations, here are our return conditions.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

⚠️ Exceptions:

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, unsealed, or partially consumed food supplements cannot be returned.

Only products unopened and in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged.

2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

1 - Contact our customer service at info@swissequilibrium.ch, specifying your order number.
2 - Wait for our confirmation before returning the product.
3 - Return the product to the address that will be provided to you, in its original, intact, and complete packaging.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of an error on our part or a defective product.

3. Refund

Once the product is returned and verified, we will proceed with the refund within 7 to 10 business days via the same payment method used during the purchase.

4. Defective Products or Order Error

If you receive a damaged item or an item that does not match your order, immediately contact our customer service with a photo of the product concerned.

We will arrange an exchange or a full refund, according to your preference.
